    I purchased a pair of dress pants that unfortunately did not fit. The seller assured me that return shipping costs would be refunded if the item didn’t work out. However, once I returned the pants, the seller refused to honor that promise. Communication was unhelpful and dismissive. I would not recommend buying from this seller unless you’re absolutely sure the item will fit and you’re willing to risk losing money on shipping. Very disappointing experience.
