    Item as described however I had a very poor delivery experience. The ad initially said that the postage would be with Royal Mail 1st class but the seller decided to use Yodel. My parcel not only took a while to be delivered, moving from wharehouse to wharehouse, but it was also delivered to the wrong address. I had to knock at the door of my entire street to eventually find it.

    Hi I'm really sorry to hear this. I had to switch to Yodel as our Post Office has just closed down. I haaven't had an issue with them before unlike Evri but I will flag this with them as this isn't acceptable. Apologies again.
