Comprehensive tested proved the dead channel. Upon contacting the seller, I offered to buy a 2nd unit from the seller at a discount that had parts missing which I didn't need and pay full shipping. The seller agreed and shipped the 2nd unit immediately. After an hour of part swapping, replacement and testing the unit met manufacturer's specification!
