      The seller cancelled the order the first time arguing that there was an issue with shipping. Blamed Ebay messing up. Then changed the listing and added the shipping cost. In parallel created the second listing with free shipping again. I made the offer again with free shipping and the seller accepted. Then cancelled it again. Seems that the seller is trying to manipulate the buyers, by offering free shipping, then cancelling and listing with shipping.
