      Clean Water Happy Fish

      This is the only filter system that has kept the water clean and the fish alive. We have spent well over $300 in the past on name brand filters and ended up with the same results. When we changed over to the Marineland system it was like night and day.

      Efficiet, convenient, affordable

      I've used size A cartridges in a Marineland Penquin 100 filter in a planted 10 gal. tank of Tetras, under daytime LEDs, for 5 yrs. with exceptional results. Original fish & what plants that haven't outgrown the space are still thriving. (Yes, Tetras can live 5 years!). With regular maintenance and 20% water changes, filters last about 6 weeks in this setup. Best price for these filters is on eBay.

      Keeps tank water clear.

      These filters work great in combination with my bio wheel. I change them about 2 times each month and the water turns crystal after the new filter has been in about 30 minutes! I never change the bio wheel however. These filters fit well in the penguin filtration system and are very easy to remove and replace.
