I’ve had bad experiences with hats being shipped out in a plastic bag because usually they get crushed or bent during shipping and I got lucky that my hat didn’t get crushed or bent during shipping so maybe consider shipping hats in a small box just to be on the safe side, just some advice. I love my item and fully satisfied!
