Exactly as advertised and considering how old it is and how expensive the new ones are now, this is a great value. Seller told me everything about the item and sent extra pictures. The ends of the ties were a little frayed, but it can be repaired. I would definitely buy from this seller again, communication good. My only complaint high shipping for an item that weighed ounces.
