Furthermore, seller didn’t bother to reply with any kind of compensation or partial refund when I raised my concerns. Items arrived all heavily scratched, with caked on dirt and grime. Some weren’t Schleich, some broken (neither things mentioned in the ad!) and packaged poorly! I have over 30 photos of poor condition, but it would only let me add 5 photos.
