Delivery was estimated to take 1 week. I waited patiently for 1 week and the day before it was due to be delivered, seller messaged to say that they no longer had them in stock I said I wanted a refund to be processed. I needed it urgently and the proprietor, with whom I spoke over the phone on August 13th, knew this, so should have used Royal Mail rather than Evri, which is infamous for late shipments and poor service. However, the phone, despite being the Japanese model, was in the advertised condition and works well. Communication with the seller's team was also positive and timely.
