      The seller was very prompt with shipping the mantle clock. The packaging was very good with layers of bubble wrap covering the clock and packing peanuts filling all the gaps. Unfortunately the arm of the cowboy was broke during shipping. Within minutes of contacting them of what happened, I had received a full refund. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again. Very polite and stand behind their product.
