When a description states "see photos" I think it's fair to assume you are bidding on what is in the photos, especially when the listing is vague and includes the words "and components", the photo was of 'components', so fair to assume they'd be included! This was all really great. What was not great was the packing. No box, the locos packed in bubble wrap two at a time so they could run against each other. The whole thing was put into what looked like a white bin liner and taped up. Fortunately there wasn't any damage, but I'll say it plainly, the packing was wholly inadequate, which was disappointing.
