Contacted seller, who apologized for the error, and said she would send me the Timeless cologne right away (and to keep the cologne I received from her.) I waited and waited to receive the Timeless cologne and it never came. After contacting the seller a second time she apologized and refunded all my money. Although I didn’t get what I ordered the seller was genuinely concerned and apologetic for the mix up.
