Pretty pleased as it’s only to be used as a kitchen TV in the end, but if it was to be used for something more important, then perhaps I wouldn’t have been so pleased. B+

    Value for money

    Basically a copy of a Henry vacuum. It does not have the power cord winder/storage of the Henry. The cable and vacuum pipe are as long as the Henry. The steel pipe and accessories are good, but it still has that annoying push connection between the plastic and metal tube. Does not feel like a 1000 watt vacuum. However, it is lighter and quite. If it lasts I will be pleased with my purchase

    Lacks suction

    The hoover has hardly any suction, I think my 5 year old granddaughter could suck things up better than this hoover, I’ve had a Henry hoover before and it was fantastic, but this one has been a big disappointment.

    Brilliant Henry !!

    I am delighted with this vac. I was dubious about purchasing a reconditioned one, but i am glad i did. It was very well packed, and when i lifted it out of the box i thought it was new. A large sealed bag containing brand new tools and hoses was in perfect condition, the filter was new and there were only a couple of very small scratches on the top of the machine. It works brilliantly, i would highly recommend this item, thank you.

    After finally directing a friend to her first Henry after many vax hovers and to many problems over the years. If the Henry is the choice of many businesses due to its ruggedness and reliability and easy to use . A massive hoover session was had today☺️☺️☺️☺️

    V good, efficient, basic machine. Why would you pay more for anything else?

    Quiet to use. Deceptively powerful with the newly designed (according to tech dept at Numatic) 620 (650?) watt motor; I would say as powerful as the older numatic (1200watt) we have at work. A good range of basic tools. Very pleased with this purchase.
