The seller was contacted who requested photos of the unit and the box. Once the photos were sent the seller arranged for the unit to be collected and a refund was issued two days later. Other than sending the wrong item I am pleased with how the whole episode was handled.

Plugged it in a couple of hours ago and it's already quite cold. Delivery was a little slow and it looks like Evri were to blame, otherwise a smooth transaction. Very pleased.
