    The Computer was shipped quickly,but the box was little small.The Fascia was cracked and damaged.I tested the computer everything else checked out ok.I took pictures of the damaged and sent them in a message with a description .The seller replied in a timely manor .They did not have a replacement but were willing to work with me and offered to issue a credit.I checked ebay and found a fascia that would work on this as a replacement at a good price and ordered it .Great customer service.

    Comfortable, good action and brilliant back-lit keys!!

    This is a great combo keyboard and case. In black it is perfection! The only problem most people state is the weight—which is significant. It also provides almost no edge protection for the ipad. But if you are primarily concerned with typing—especially in low light situations, this is a dream to work on. I do wish it had F-keys, but since i use my ipad at least 6 hours a day, the convenience greatly outweighs issues with portability or protection. It is no heavier than my laptop, and I greatly prefer the ipad. I have just learned to hold it securely—the magnets are strong enough to prevent the ipad from slipping out of the case.

    Loose keys

    Some of the keys on the keyboard are in terrible shape and want stay on the keyboard. Very disappointed with this purchase I shouldn’t have to worry about the keys popping out when typing smh

    Apple Magic Keyboard

    Excellent but rather expensive keyboard for the IPAD. A refurb unit was $250 but n my opinion well worth the price. No documentation came with it. No Pairing info but realized it wasn’t needed. When the IPAd was magnetically connected to the keyboard all was recognized within a few seconds. There is no place to attack the Pencil but its a sim pal process to attach the pencil to the top of the IPAD. It magnetically connects instantly. Very happy with the purchase. It replaced a third part keyboard that lasted maybe a year. Could not hold the IPAD in any position. I’m very happy with the Magic Keyboard and would recommend it for the purchasers of the latest 12.9” IPADs

    Excellent When Bought Used/Open Box

    Great product, despite how thin the keyboard it is, I still feel like I’m typing on my regular MacBook. Protection is great. The added USB C pass through is also great. Constant backlighting is also very helpful. Trackpad is great. Only thing missing is a row of function keys. Other keyboards have these features though they are not as aesthetically pleasing, nor do they work/feel as good as the Apple keyboard.

    Perfect iPad Companion

    It didn't take me long to see why everyone recommended this iPad keyboard case. It's super lightweight compared to other cases, making it much easier to transport when working outside the house is necessary. The tablet is held securely at just the right height to work, meaning no neck strain to see the screen. The keyboard is sturdy and the backlighting is enough to make everything visible without being painful. Highly recommend this keyboard case.
