  The handset was exactly as described, good value, and was packaged very well and delivered in excellent condition with a useful summary advising how to register it on the base station. Installation was simple. Delivery was delayed by the courier, Evri. No reason was given but after I had contacted the seller Evri woke up and delivered the parcel. Conversations with the seller were efficient and useful I'd certainly use them again but hopefully they would have changed couriers.

  Sent immediately, exactly what was expected to replace one that the screen was now illegible, packaged well, I was in the house all day on Saturday when courier came but he mustn’t have rung doorbell, then received a message failed to deliver so had to wait until EVRI came back on the Monday, their proof of delivery/non delivery are atrocious for future reference as per photos attached

  The seller was very good in their communication with me, answered my questions promptly and I was able to negotiate a better price. The telephone arrived well packaged in the stipulated time frame. After setting up, the phone is working well. Described as in "Used" and "Good condition", it has no scratches or chips on the screen or casing but I was disappointed as the white casing on the reverse of the phone is slightly "yellowed" which was not shown in the listing photos or description
