      I’m 60 year and post menopause. My symptoms are not too bad regarding hot flushes and low mood now since I’ve been going through the menopause for over 10 years but a certain symptom still remains. I decided to try Mexican Wild Yam before my forthcoming appointment with a private clinic to address my problem as my new GP won’t help with HRT due to my age and lengthy time I was on them previously. ( I wanted to go back on HRT ) I was weaned off them by my previous doctors in another area where I lived. It’s only been nearly 4 weeks that I’m taking these Wild Yam but I am seeing positive benefits of taking these supplements.       Menopause symptoms
