    Great recipe book, well laid out - only missing the "ultimate Mac' n' Cheese" which you can get from James' web site. Try the ribs - can't be beaten!

    I would love to plan his next trip to The USA he missed many of the good foodie places.

    Interesting and many good recipes although many of the seafood ingredients would cost a fortune in the UK. Although compelling it is more of a book to browse through than actually follow step by step. I was so disappointed that he spent the time in Austin and Fort Worth when SAN ANTONIO is far more colourful, interesting and the food is far more diverse there.
