    The item arrived intact although it was purchased with damaged packaging as described. What really disappointed me was the two pin plug - not what I expect from eBay UK. Fortunately, I was able to purchase an adapter locally. I scanned the product code to register it and found it was from Canada!! The free coupon in the box for purchasing coffee capsules was in dollars. As the coffee machine worked with the adapter, I have decided to keep it rather than try to send such a bulky parcel back.

    This was an EU model priced accordingly. Normally an adapter is supplied but may have been missed by mistake on this occasion. Free pods are not applicable to UK customers. Glad the machine is working well with your own adapter
