Eventually I was told by seller that the package was lost by courier and asked if I wanted a refund, to which I said yes. I haven't received my refund either it's been weeks since product was meant to arrive. I only ordered from seller because their listing showed they were based in the UK which I felt will make the product arrive within a week or so. But clearly not.
