      The nice dream of a faultless ebay transaction will likely be interrupted when you buy from this seller who is apparently so incompetent he lists something for auction he hasn't actually checked is completely in his possession. Even worse, cancelling the whole transaction despite reasonable options offered by the buyer. As ebay state: "Sellers are obligated to complete the sale when a buyer makes a purchase". Seller policy violation report submitted.

      Apologies from my side on this sale - a genuine mistake. I thought I had the power supply in a drawer, but just couldn't find it at point of sale. Informed the seller immediately and refunded as wasn't as listed and essentially had a missing part. Apologies - an unintended mistake.
