    The dvd drive arrived within the expected delivery time but unfortunately was non functional. I contacted the seller the same day and he immediately initiated a refund and was very apologetic. He was polite and courteous in his communications with myself and for that i have nothing but praise. I am sure this was just an unfortunate mistake and would buy from him again with confidence that in the event of a similar thing happening, remuneration would be instant.
