      Seller very good at communication but not stocktaking or advertising. Description stated Gen 3 16\512Gb model but when received it was not as ordered (12\256Gb). Seller blamed a mix up with a Gen 2 similar capacity and offered a part-refund. Not as ordered so, returned for a full refund. Additional: Seller approached for amended feedback on the grounds that the issue has been resolved. Opinion disagreed. Refund, yes but no product and a waste of time for something that should never have happened

      To clarify, as stated, error was made with spec sent. As soon as I was notified I offered buyer option of either part refund for the price difference or a return with full refund. As soon as item was received back, I issued full refund to the buyer.
