    Set of 3 boxes, advertised as unused, but the largest box of the 3 was damaged, and all the boxes smelt awful. I contacted the seller about it, he blamed the damage on the delivery, even though there was no damage to the outer packaging. He did not try to resolve it or apologise, but was rude about why I was making a fuss over something that cost only £5...but actually with postage was nearly £9. Not a pleasant experience.

    The boxes were not sent damaged, why would I do that? I have no idea what 'smell' she is referring to; she couldn't explain when asked. The first 2 words of my response were "I'm sorry". 6 days later she popped up asking for a refund to which I agreed immediately. Instead of accepting that offer, she chose to write the paragraph above, so she was clearly not serious. Why complain about the cost of an item you chose to buy? And - obviously - the postage is set by Royal Mail not me. A timewaster.
