Arrived in an OPEN padded envelope that was severely damaged and was thrown through the letterbox by RM. I don't know if it was the lack of packaging or the fall through the letterbox that made the hard drive unusable and not as described, as I could not partition the hard drive at all. I was expecting so much better packaging for £3.45, but it was less than the bare minimum for delivering hard drives.
