the book was not as described. the condition was listed as good, but what was delivered was not, and missing a dust jacket. they did refund me right away, and let me keep the book that was shipped. so, it was a bummer at first, but they more than made up for it.

This book talks about an increasingly compelling and commonplace problem in today’s world, and that is “Peter Pan Syndrome” or “Failure to Launch.” Mind you that you might still have this problem even if you think that you’ve made it into adulthood with what society tells you is a good Degree and a job and a partner (last one being unlikely). The book goes deep into the the Oedipus complex/devouring mother conditioning that results in this syndrome, and has huge and bitter truth bombs, that if you choose to confront and meditate on, can help you heal a lot and grow forward. If you have issues stemming particularly from a controlling, possessive, mother, this will help you a lot. I also recommend “Sons & Lovers” by DH Lawrence following this book.
