Explaining that mine had broken and inquiring as to when I might be receiving it. In what I took as a very smart a** comment, he replied to the effect of oh, how awful we'll have to get this to you. This was Thursday, he said he would ship it Friday. It finally shipped on Monday.

      The belt arrived a few weeks after ordering it. It's in tremendous condition for it's age and arrived completely as described. Well packaged for the international trip. Got this at great price too. If it wasn't for the tariffs on the shipping costs it would've been cheaper still. Anyway I'm happy regardless.
