Consiglio di chiedere conferma o foto ulteriori dell'oggetto, così da evitare spiacevoli situazioni: inizialmente il venditore voleva solo il reso (per me scomodo), contrario a qualsiasi rimborso per il disguido. Infine ci siamo accordati per un piccolo rimborso (10%), ma la comunicazione non è stata piacevolissima.
