Outstanding reference for novice and experienced knitters
The best knitting references I have ever seen, with a direct & simple format that inspires regardless of your skill level. The beginning of each book has wonderful instructions for techniques and an abbreviation list that enables you to easily complete every stitch contained in each of the two volumes. These are far more useful than their later editions, which are not nearly as comprehensive or concise.
