Before and after this, other things I had ordered they arrived OK. Couldn't understand Tracking it all written in Chinese symbols.Follow-up from: k***b- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.Superb service from seller, he found out a delivery HAD been attempted (of which I was unaware of) and seller provided me with the full 'Last Mile' information including the actual delivery agent and reference number. The (now not needed) refund can't be reversed, so I will pay for the item with pleasure.

Refused many times to send return postage label or a refund. They just kept sending me an address to pay the return postage. They even stated that they would refund if I didn’t leave negative feedback, meaning unless I agreed they wouldn’t refund me. Needless to say eBay stepped in and refunded me.
