    Great fun to use, plus the grandkids find it fun.

    Great sound output when playing music and the grandkids love listening to their favourite stories being read to them. Tried to link my Samsung Smart TV to device, but without success as I require Google's Chromecast, oh well still alot more to explore.

    Nice alternative to Amazon Echo.

    I already have an Echo Dot (3rd gen). The built in speaker on this is a little better. It's also better at answering questions: it uses Google search rather than Bing (as used by the Echo). On the down side, Bluetooth is a little flaky; both in terms of connecting to devices, where I often have to revert to using the app on my phone; and audio dropouts, which are a lot more common with this than with the Echo. All of my smart devices (three bulbs and a plug), work with either of these devices at the same time: you can turn something on with the Echo and off with the Nest, or vice versa. Switching times are quicker with this device but the echo has a grouping function which allows a few devices in the same room to be controlled as one object which doesn't appear to be an option with the ...

    Didn’t know I needed this in my life, but now it’s now a permanent feature in my home

    The Google Nest mini has exceeded my expectations. Looks sleek and unobtrusive on the wall, and is so easy to set up with the home app. Loved it so much that I have immediately purchased a second one. I now use it at some point every day for playing music and for gaining information easily and fast.

    Great design easy to use

    Great design easy-to-use good for turning lights on and off etc etc but if you ask it to play a pacific track of music or a song, forget it as all they want is a tenner a month off of you otherwise as all you hear is adverts, quite annoying. For me I just use it as a radio in the garden. Brilliant.

    Hi , I bought this speaker with little to no knowledge of what it was capable of , and now it really is a necessity, so much so I have bought another. The sound is great , and I mean really great , and with Google assistant it can do so much more , it answers any questions I throw at it , it reads me the news as I get ready for work, tells me traffic reports before I leave , plays my music , sets my alarms , reads bedtime stories to the kids while I act them out , ive paired up two for stereo sound , they really are amazing , and for the price I can't recommend the nest mini enough
