    Ordered and paid for item. Was then given confirmation of shipping date. On the day of supposed delivery I get a message that the item has been refunded. Reason for refund - customer canceled the order. This is a complete lie. I think they didn't have the item in stock. Rather than notify the customer and just be honest instead the excuse was falsely blamed on the customer. Very poor.
