      Poor quality listing photos and description. Purchased a vintage fountain pen. Received a pen with a very large crack in the nib. Listing photos did not highlight this defect and the description provided no details. (wood background is listing photo) Seller communication was poor during the returns process. Packaging was poor quality. Pen was sent wrapped in a single paper towel inside of an old tissue box. Box was thin cardboard and too small. Pen was inside box diagonally and unsupported.

      This buyer bid this item up and then upon receipt viewed the item "under microscope" to make claims. StiIl, I gave partial refund. Listing pictures (provided by this buyer) show the condition of the nib very, very clearly.Buyer indicates there was a "very large" crack in the nib.List photo clearly highlight a "very tiny crack" in the nib.Package-the pen was actually securely wrapped in a foam tube, then for extra protection, placed in a box.Extra support inside the box not needed. Bewareofbuyer!
