Opened, but in pristine condition, basically the same quality as Joma does with grey-market watches. This was not a cheap purchase, and the seller was completely on point. Packaging was great and, shipping was fast. Highly recommend this seller despite the no-return policy because they actually provide credible photos. I'll keep in touch checking the watch over the next 30 days, but looks good to go!

So, the device looks like a new, mint-condition NAS, in a box that had been opened, but not unpacked. I haven’t yet installed the 4 x 4GB Red Western Digital HDD’s to test.
