    First of all it was as described. Value was good. Packaged very well. Shipping was fast. 5 star for them. Reason for the Neutral. Communication was all together not there. Had a response and after another question communication stopped. 2 star for that. Shipping, I Say Was Way To Much for 5 slipcases and a 2 page coin album, $17.99. Entire package weighed 4 lbs. 8.4 oz. 1 star for shipping cost. Tried communicating about the shipping, no response. Almost wanted to cancel the order, but didn't.
