TRIED to get out of taking responsibility by falsely claiming the 30 day return policy and 30 days hadn't even passed. Mostly because it took 16 days to be shipped!!! Tried to say they were as is when they were advertised as new. Seller has been given MANY chances to make this sale right but continues to do nothing!!! Seller has shown their poor intentions so MANY times!!! As far as 16 days to ship, buyer purchased them with the knowledge that I was away from the office for 16 days and had "vacation" mode turned on, which allowed me to postpone shipping for 16 days
