The seller was prompt on response and said I could pick it up in Los Angeles at his business the following day. I drove to L.A. the next morning and picked it up. The owner made a special trip to his business to give me a receipt for a tune up at a local bike shop. Steve answered questions and this sale was easily completed. I brought the bike home, set it up for me and gave it a 25 mile ride. The bicycle was flawless.

This seller, I paid for a new impact wrench with battery, he sent me impact wrench with a non-working battery, the battery looks like a used one, he offered me to send back, but unfortunately I am in another country and returning it at my own expense is very expensive, the seller did not offer any other options, be prepared to pay for a new product and receive a used or non-working one!!!
