    An extraordinary piece of equipment, in fantastic shape, an at an excellent price.

    All functions on this scope are in perfect working order. I was an electronics design engineer and worked in the electronics industry fo 40 years. I started out working in the metrology business, in a test instrumentation calibration lab for 4 years repairing and calibrating test measurement equipment, including scopes, spectrum analyzers, frequency synthesizers, etc., and for the rest of the 36 years, I alternated between test engineering and component/board level circuit design positions. This Tektronix TDS 3012 works like it did when it was a new piece of equipment in the late 90's. With the Advanced Trigger and FFT modules included, this was an extremely good deal.

    Grea tscope

    Great scope. The only problem found was that the NVRAM battery had died as is expected after 15-years. This doesn't mean a loss of calibration, but only the loss of accumulated hours of operation and user entered settings when power is turned off.
