Excellent customer service - one notable nice touch was that the seller included a surprise Bonus DVD of 'Sin City' - a movie with Mickey Rourke that I know received good reviews but which I haven't seen! Definitely a 5 Star rated seller and would definitely recommend.

      Received a seller offer of a 35% discount which I accepted. Within 30 minutes the order had been cancelled, messaging that they were not sure how the price had been so low, but that they could not sell at that price. The reason for cancellation was that the product was out of stock or damaged, which was not what the seller said in messages. First time buyer with this seller and would not attempt to buy from again. Seen other positive reviews of completed sales but that was not my experience.

      I'm really sorry but we are a business and unfortunatelly don't offer 34% discount. Unfortunatelly the mistake in issuing discount has been done and we had to cancel this as we cannot offer the price that low. I understand your dissapointment but as a business we also need to survive, hence nothing can be done here. We will investigate with ebay why the discount went so low.
