Sent the wrong cheaper than advertised batteries, not what I ordered. I asked to exchange for what I had actually ordered, but got a load of excuses about supplier not wanting to exchange. So ended up keeping cheaper batteries & got a 30% refund. I suspect this is their game plan from the outset. Send out inferior goods & try to pass it off as simply a warehouse mistake. I won't buy from them again. I suggest you avoid them too. I'm not in the habit of leaving - feedback but I'm far from happy
