    Exactly like the original.

    The remote control looks exactly like the original one that came with my TV. There was no programming needed. I put the batteries in, hit the TV button and Voila! The remote control is exact as advertised. No deviation. It is the original without the LG emblem. Customer service was impeccable. Although I didn't contact the seller they were proactive and contacted me to see if I had any questions. I didn't even receive the item yet and I already heard from the seller. It was not an automated email either. Nice touch. I appreciate good customer service and business practices. That seemed to go by the wayside with internet shopping.
