    as described fast ship. fedex had it on the truck according to tracking but didn't deliver it. on the truck the next day and about 3 or 4 o'clock I called to see what the problem was and Richard finally put the package in the mailbox about 8 o'clock. I guess my 200' driveway a little too strenuous for him. seller shipped 2 day maybe they can get a refund.
