The item was posted early and delivered on time. Unfortunately Royal Mail had a bit of an issue with temporarily losing the parcel. This seller however went to the nth degree to find out what the issue was and even going so far as to remotely resolving it for me. The communication was excellent and the customer service top notch. I cannot recommend this Ebayer highly enough! The purchase was exactly as described packaged safely and perfect. Thank you!
