There was a delay in Royal mails delivering of the hearing loop. I contacted the seller and reported my issue, they apologised and sent me a replacement that arrived next day delivery. Oddily both arrived at same time so I asked how i should send one back but, kindly they allowed me to keep both. Couldn't find hearing loops of this kind, that converse sells anywhere as these work brilliantly and effortlessly. So light, flimsy & confortable with the normal 3.5mm pin connecter. Brilliant eervice.
