*WRONG SIZE & WEIGHT* Bought a ring which said its size R and 3gram. Received it and it’s actually size S and 2.8gram. Messaged the seller telling them (with photo proof of size & grams) and their reply was “Its best you shop in the highstreet online shopping isnt for everyone” What kind of reply is that when the seller has made the mistake?
