We accept payments in £GBP via Paypal or via credit/debit card via telephone. Please ring +44 (0)1249476406 if you would like to pay via this method.
We request payment within 3 days of the purchase date or end of auction. We can accommodate longer timescales, we request however you inform us if there will be any delay. If we do not receive any contact within 7 days, the eBay Unpaid Item Process will be enforced.
Postage and Packing
All items sent within the UK are sent via Royal Mail Second Class or via My Hermes as standard. If requied and when paid items will be send via Royal Mail 1st Class.
Royal Mail Second Class Mail & My Hermes - aims to deliver between 2-4 days depending on location.
Royal Mail First Class Mail - aims to deliver between 1-3 days depending on location.
All International Orders are sent via Royal Mail Airmail.
We are more than willing to combine P&P/Shipping costs for multiple International purchases bought on the same day. When you have purchased your items from our store, please wait for us to email you a combined invoice before paying (we aim to do this within 12 hours). If you pay through Paypal before receiving this combined invoice you will end up paying too much!
If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) at your cost within 30 days, and we will refund your initial outlay excluding postage costs.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive your item(s) and it is faulty or broken, please return the item(s) within 7 days and we will refund your initial outlay PLUS the postage costs for returning the item. Or we will send out a replacement depending upon your preference and availability of goods.
We recommend you gain a certificate of posting from the Post Office or use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as Royal Mail First or Second Class Recorded Delivery) depending on the cost of the items being returned, as in the rare event of the parcel going missing you are responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
If you return a product to us that is not in an ‘as new’ condition we reserve the right to return the product to you rather than credit your payment card.
Certain products and services are excluded from the returns policy, these include food/perishable items, personalised products or those made to order. These items cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty.
