Bad experience. Before purchasing the item, the seller assured me that shipping and customs costs were included in the price. When the order arrives, I have to pay €8 to the transport company. I contact the seller and he tells me that he does not know why, and that they are not responsible for that amount, which will be due to taxes from my country. Lack of clarity and unprofessionalism by not taking charge of that ridiculous amount. Bad, not recommended

Not true - we were only asked if shipping was included, which was correct. There was absolutely no mention of taxes/customs/duty, until they had the request from Customs in their country. We explained no taxes are paid to us, but Customs in their country will request it - what more can we do?
