I suffer from a chronic illness which includes chronic fatigue as one of the symptoms and last year, if I'm honest , I was practically inhaling chocolate bars as I would get the most horrific low energy slumps during and after my work hours, crave a very glucosey chocolate bar, eat it in two bites and then repeat that cycle the next day, sometimes two or three times a day. Not sure if they work because I eat the same but my husband says his cravings are weaker so maybe it works for some. I will keep using them maybe they work but I don't notice yet 🤣 They are very small and easy to swallow

Decent dose of chromium
Trivalent chromium is very non toxic and so 1000 micrograms is no problem. Chromium also has more affinity to EDTA than lead so if you are taking EDTA you should be on this product. Also needed to help prevent and treat type 2 diabetes.

An essential mineral
I have slight blood sugar problems and after a bit of research found out that chromium can help balance blood sugar levels, a mineral that I was obviously lacking. It’s true, after around a week I stopped needing some thing to eat so often because I felt shaky. I now eat a bit less the shakes have gone and I feel so much better. 😊
