Accidentally sent the incorrect product upon contact/explanation of difficulty I would have with return, seller immediately sent out proper product (which I received within 3 days of contact) and arranged for incorrect product to be picked up and returned to them. All I had to do was place the package for pickup by USPS. I deeply appreciate the efforts of seller Thrilled! THNX SO MUCH

They are somewhat fragile and a few were damaged in the shipping process, but PakPal was super responsive to my concerns and replaced any of the damage items that came through at no cost to us. They also worked with us to provide us with a quantity that worked for our project. Very fair, trustworthy shop and a good product.
