One of the best non-crisis crossover events to come out of DC.
A compelling murder-mystery style story, told within the crazy confines of the pre-52 DC universe. Full of twists and turns, shocking plot developments and excellent character evolution, this story captures both the bold action and the dark and grimy aspects of the superhero genre. It's not a universe altering tale like any of the Crisis stories, but there are lasting consequences to all the heroes involved.
